Here's to the Man I am Yet to meet!

Here’s to the man I am yet to meet.

I hope you’re doing well—I know I am. Well, so far. Some days are outright great. Some days are challenging. I hope you’re enjoying the days of your singleness, as I have been blissfully experiencing each day with sometimes excitement, some happiness, a little sense of accomplishment and sometimes, just utter confusion.

I hope you know that I’m praying for you and quite possibly, with you. Maybe I haven’t met you yet, or maybe we already met. What are the odds, right? But I pray that you become the man God has created you to be.

I pray that you may encounter His love in the most tangible way, from the smallest detail of your day to the big things that are up ahead for you. I pray that you allow yourself to be molded by Him. Maybe you don't know Him yet and maybe you don't believe just yet. But that's okay. Because this is where I pray for you everyday with the hope that He brings you closer to Himself even when you don't know it, so that God will prune and stretch you from time to time. That is where your character will best be transformed.

I pray that you dream dreams that God has desired for you. Don’t be afraid to dream big. I pray that the desires of your heart are aligned with the will of the Lord for your life.

I pray that you will be strong when faced with temptations and problems. I know it will be challenging, but I pray for you to have strength and wisdom and most of all, for me to have the courage to remind my heart and know that you're in His safe hands.

I pray that you even if you don't know it then, yet you are always reminded that He is always with you through the highs and lows. I pray that you may find joy and peace in every decision and new chapter you are about to enter.

I pray that when you’re ready, I’m ready as well.

I pray that our paths will intertwine when God chooses for our paths to meet. Until then it's a patient waiting game.

So here’s to the man I have yet to meet. I hope you’re doing well, and I can’t wait to meet you.

I’ll be praying for you.

Until then, let God take over in all things we do.
